River claims to be an amnesiac and does not seem to know the extent of their own power. However, using information we have gathered in interviews with other like-natured supernatural beings, we know they were once a member of the Council of Angels; the collective that serve as the singularity known as the Christian God. Aparrently, they murdered a fellow Council member, but that is only one of the rumors we have come across. Currently they stay with a Daemon in an apartment, small town down south.They seem to take quite a liking to anything human-made, specifically cartoons, opting to appear in a cartoonish style in real time to mortals and supernatural creatures alike. They add, quote, "It's just easier that way, more universal, ya dig? Like, everyone can perceive cartoons. How many people do you meet that can perceive an angel's true form and survive?"They have shown no signs of violence, but they should be kept under tabs, as the extent of their power is currently unknown. And should they recover their memories, I have a couple sources telling me they would not be very happy to find out the Council crossed them.
